Mixlings in Time: Time Warped

This is a good twist on the time travel stories, with 3 animals (ferret, armadillo, flying squirrel) traveling back in time to find special plants that will save the forests of the future. They get ‘mixed up’ during the trip back and turn into a flying skunk, an armadillo/raccoon and a ferret mixed with beaver tail and quills. Story has lots of adventure, timely ‘save the forests’ topic, and good moral lesson about staying true to yourself even after you’ve changed a lot. I’d recommend this book.
